Outside Los Angeles

A firm in Fresno or San Diego is not a problem.

Being a single Beverly Hills counter does not make this an LA-only service. A prescription that goes out today is on a doorstep in Bakersfield, Sacramento or Chula Vista tomorrow, and the patient still pays nothing on delivery.

For an attorney that is often the more useful arrangement anyway. The lien, the itemized statements and the final settlement balance all sit with one pharmacy on one ledger, whichever county your client lives in — instead of four regional vendors to reconcile the week of disbursement.

Statewide shipping is not statewide same-day, and anyone claiming otherwise from one storefront is describing a courier network they do not have.

A discharge this afternoon, 200 miles away. Next-day does not help. The right answer is a pharmacy near them, and we will say so
Late Friday, far side of the county. A judgment call, made out loud rather than by quietly missing the window
Controlled substances to an address with nobody there — identification is verified at hand-off and nothing is left unattended
A courier after Mon–Fri 10am–6pm PT. One cannot leave a pharmacy that is shut — but you can still text and get a human, and we will sort the morning out
