You pay nothing now. The cost waits for your case.
If you were injured, you have a lawyer, and the medication you were prescribed costs more than you have this week — this is what we do. You do not pay at the counter. The cost is written down, held against your case, and settled out of it later, before you receive your share.
This is not free money. It is a bill that waits.
Some places in this business are vague about that on purpose. We would rather you understood it before you sign anything.
What is true
You pay nothing at the counter — no copay, no card, no cash. There is no credit check. Nothing goes on your credit report. Nothing is due every month. The amount does not grow while your case is open: what we dispense is what is owed, with no interest and no finance charge. If you have insurance we will run that first; the lien is for when there is nothing else to run.
And if your case does not work out
If your case is dropped or you recover nothing, call us and we write the balance off. If you settle for less than anyone hoped, we reduce it. You will not be sent to collections and nothing goes on your credit. That is how we run this, and your attorney can ask us to put it in writing before you fill anything.
What is also true
You are signing a real agreement to pay for what you receive. The cost is genuinely owed, and it is paid out of your settlement before the money reaches you — your lawyer will see it on the disbursement sheet at the end. If your case recovers less than expected, ask your lawyer to request a reduction. That conversation happens with us directly and it is a normal part of closing a case.

A lawyer on your case
This only works if someone is representing you. If you do not have a lawyer yet, we cannot put you on a lien — but call anyway. Our cash price is often far less than people assume, and we will tell you the number before you decide anything.
A prescription
From the doctor treating you for the injury. Your doctor sends it to us electronically, or you bring it in. We do not decide what you take — that is between you and your doctor, and it does not change because of how the bill is being handled.
Your lawyer's signature
A short letter from your law firm saying they will take care of our bill out of the settlement. We ask them for it, not you. If your firm will not sign it, we will tell you before you come in rather than after.
Straight answers
What if I lose my case?
Call us and we work it out with your attorney. Balances on cases that recover nothing get reduced or written off — that risk is part of doing this work.
To be straight with you: the agreement you sign is a real obligation and it does not say “free if you lose.” What we are describing is how we actually handle it, not a clause in a contract. We do not send injured people to collections over a prescription and we do not report these balances to credit bureaus. Ask us to put that in writing before you start and we will.
How much is this going to cost me at the end?
Ask us at any point and we will tell you the running total. Ask before you fill something and we will tell you what that particular medication costs. Nobody should get to the end of a case and be surprised by a number.
Can I get my other medications here too?
Yes, and most people should. We are a full retail pharmacy — insurance, cash, vaccines, over-the-counter, free consultations, medication synchronization so all your refills come due on the same day. Your blood pressure medication is not part of the injury lien; it runs through your insurance the way it does anywhere.
Can you deliver? I can't drive.
Yes, and it does not matter where in California you are. Same-day by courier across Los Angeles County, next-day shipping everywhere else in the state. If you are being discharged from surgery, we can have the medication meet you at the surgery center so you go straight home.

Who sees my medical information?
Only the people you authorize, in writing, and only the part that relates to your injury. Your lawyer gets the billing for the injury prescriptions because your case needs it. They do not get your unrelated medication history from us.
