Four ways in, and a person at the end of each.
There is no phone tree, no ticketing system and no chatbot. During pharmacy hours a pharmacist or the owner answers.
If it is not urgent, this reaches the same people.
Anything time-sensitive — a discharge today, a patient standing at the counter — should be a phone call. A form is slower than a phone and always will be.
To send a patient rather than ask a question, the referral form collects the right fields and gets to the right person.
Please do not send prescriptions or medical records here
A prescription has to arrive from the prescriber by a lawful route — e-prescribed, or faxed from the prescribing office to (323) 653-4079. Do not paste clinical detail into a web form.
