Who we are

This website is operated by Family Pharmacy Services of Beverly Hills, Inc., a California corporation and licensed pharmacy at 8314 Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90211. “Meds on Liens” is a trade name used by that corporation. Using this site means accepting these terms.

This site is information, not advice

Nothing here is legal advice. We are pharmacists. Pages on this site describe letters of protection, medical liens, professional-conduct rules and California statutes because our customers need to understand them — not because we are qualified to advise on them. No attorney has reviewed this site. Nothing on it creates an attorney–client relationship, and nobody should make a decision about a legal claim based on it.

Nothing here is medical advice. Descriptions of medications, formularies and post-operative regimens are general information about what a pharmacy dispenses. They are not a recommendation for any person, they do not replace your prescriber's judgment, and nothing here creates a pharmacist–patient relationship. Medication decisions belong to you and the person treating you.

Nothing here is an offer to dispense on a lien

Dispensing on a lien requires, without exception: a valid prescription from a treating provider, current legal representation, and a signed letter of protection or lien acknowledgment from the law firm, together with the patient's signed lien, assignment and HIPAA authorization. We may decline any referral, and we may decline to dispense any particular medication, for clinical, legal or business reasons. Sending a referral does not create an obligation on our part.

Timing, coverage and pricing

Delivery windows, courier coverage areas and turnaround times described on this site are typical rather than guaranteed. Traffic, pharmacy hours, drug availability, prescriber response and prior authorization all affect them. Prices quoted on a call or in writing are quoted for the medication and date discussed and may change.

Reductions

Statements on this site about lien reductions describe how we approach them. They are not a commitment to any particular reduction, percentage or outcome in any particular case. Every reduction is decided on the facts of that recovery.

Using the forms

Do not submit prescriptions, clinical records or detailed health information through the forms on this site — a prescription must reach us from the prescriber by a lawful route. By submitting a referral you confirm you have the patient's permission to share their name and contact details with us. Do not submit information about anyone else without their permission.

We link to statutes, court opinions and government resources so you can read the sources rather than trust our summary of them. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
