We deliver across the City of Los Angeles — Mid-Wilshire, Koreatown, Hollywood, West LA, the Eastside, South LA and the Harbor. To the surgery center for a discharge, to a law firm if that is where the client is signing, or to a home address for someone who cannot drive.

The honest constraint is traffic and pharmacy hours, not distance. An order placed by noon makes the same day almost everywhere in the county. An order placed at half past four, on the far side of the basin, on a Friday, may not — and we will tell you that when you call rather than after.

What we do for patients in Los Angeles

• Dispense on a lien for represented injury patients — nothing collected at the counter, balance held against the case.
• Deliver same-day by courier to the surgery center, the law firm or the patient's door.
• Deliver post-op discharge medication to surgery centers, timed to the discharge rather than to our route.

• Supply bracing and DME on the same lien and the same statement as the medication.
• Send itemized billing to the law firm on every fill, and a final balance letter at settlement.
